Another option is installing accent lights on the very top of the cabinet for cabinets that are hung partially down the wall or book cases that have space on top for décor. Another popular choice for accent lighting is installing LED lights around the ceiling to provide a soft light around the room. Walls are sometimes outlined or may have a few accent lights hanging on the wall to help provide extra light or enhance décor.

The are a number of ways you can use exterior lighting. Many will install accent lights along paths or walkways. Plants are often lit up for night time lighting and bring attention to the yard’s vegetation. Fountains, pools and other yard features are highlighted with exterior lighting as well.
